If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your order to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, be in its original packaging, and have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note there is a difference between items on sale and clearance/flash sale items.
All clearance/flash sale items are final sale.
Please read product descriptions and view all photos. In some cases, prices reflect the condition of the item.
If your item becomes damaged within 12 months of purchase, you can send it to our team for a free repair. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return.
If your return has been accepted, you will be eligible for store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Standard shipping of orders takes 2-4 weeks. Upon special request our team will expedite the shipping process to the best of our abilities. In order to request an urgent order, please email us at email@example.com. Our team is dedicated to ensuring all special shipping requests are completed in a timely fashion.
If you wish to return your item, you will be responsible to pay for shipping costs back to the Vintage Boho Bags team. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
You may use one discount code per order at checkout.
