This special butterfly was designed in memory of our beloved coworker Mel, whose life was tragically lost in a car accident. All proceeds from the sale of this charm will go directly to support Mel’s sister, who is lovingly stepping in to raise her 3 children.

We’re so sorry! We cannot guarantee changes on a order or cancellations prior to or after shipment.If the order ships or you have questions while it is in transit, you will need to contact the carrier. Before placing your order, please double check all your information is correct. Once it leaves here, we CANNOT change anything. 

Bags are shipped with UPS anytime within 3 weeks unless different time frame is listed in product description. We no longer require signature at time of delivery. Use UPS My Choice  to add delivery instructions, request delivery photo, and get the latest updates on all your UPS deliveries. Some bags will be shipped USPS if you are in HI or PR.

All accessories including shoes, ship with USPS anytime within 3 weeks unless different time frame is listed in product description. 

We will notify you via email with tracking when it ships so you can track your package. You will also be sent an email when it is out for delivery and delivered

Returns 

Bags, Accessories and Jewelry

You have 7 days from the date it is delivered to be eligible for an exchange or store credit as we do not offer refunds. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. The product must be in its original packaging, as well as have proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or upgrade. All items not exchanged or upgraded will be offered a store credit for future use.

Shoes

You have 3 days from the date of receipt of merchandise to be eligible for an exchange or store credit as we do not offer refunds. To be eligible for return, shoes and box must be unused, in the same condition as received, and show no scuffs or wear on the bottoms. The product must be in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

We recommend trying shoes at home on soft surfaces, such as carpet, to prevent scuffing, which could render the shoes ineligible for return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or upgrade. If there is not an exchange or upgrade, a store credit will be issued for future use.
