Shipping Policy
Normal Shipping - what to expect
All items are shipped anytime within 3 weeks unless different time frame is listed in product description. Bags are shipped UPS or Fedex but some may ship USPS if you are in HI, PR or CAN. Accessories are shipped USPS.
SIGNATURE IS NOT REQUIRED (unless requested). Use UPS My Choice to add delivery instructions, request delivery photo, and get the latest updates on all your UPS deliveries.
We will notify you via email with tracking when it ships, when it is out for delivery and delivered. Please check junk and spam if you don't see these notifications in your primary inbox.
Please double check that all your information is correct. We cannot guarantee changes on an order or cancellations prior to or once the label is created. For any changes on an order before it ships, please send us an email with "URGENT" as the subject, with your order number and we will do our best to help. Please allow up to 72 business hours for a response.
Missing/Delayed Packages
Tracking is sent to you when the order ships so you can track your package. You MUST notify us within 3 days of the date shown delivered on a missing/lost package. If there is no movement within 3 days, please check the transit history or contact carrier to see where the package is. Causes for delay could be weather or holidays. Please reach out to us if a claim is necessary- DO NOT file a claim yourself. If package is lost and you do not want a replacement, store credit will be issued.
Flash Sale Product Shipping
All Flash Sale bags are shipped within 3 weeks. They are in stock and ready to ship but we quote this time due to the high volume of orders that come in.
Expedited Shipping is Available
Upon special request our team will expedite the shipping process to the best of our abilities. Our team is dedicated to ensuring all special shipping requests are completed in a timely fashion. In order to request an urgent order, please email us at customerservice@vintagebohobags.com and put "EXPEDITED SHIPPING" in the subject. This service is not available during Flash Sale.
Returned Packages
If the carrier ships the package back to us, you will be responsible to pay a reshipping fee.
Shipping to Courier or UPS Points
If the customer chooses to have the item shipped to a courier or UPS point for pickup, they are responsible for retrieving the package within the holding period specified by the courier. Any holding fees or charges incurred due to the customer's failure to timely collect the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
Orders could take up to 30 days depending on country. Vintage Boho Bags is not responsible for any tax and duties that may apply. We do not know how much they charge as it varies.
We do not offer refunds so if the package is returned, you will be issued a store credit. The amount VBB is charged for the return, will affect the credit being issued. Shipping fees are non refundable.
