If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have any questions, we’re here to help! Please contact us or send an email to customerservice@vintagebohobags.com and  provide the order #, contact information, and a brief explanation of the problem.  Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.

Check that all your information is correct before submitting your order. We do not guarantee changes on an order or cancellations. For any changes on an order before it ships, please send us an email with "URGENT" as the subject, with your order number and we will do our best to help.

Vintage Boho Bags is not affiliated with Louis Vuitton, the LOUIS VUITTON brand, or Louis Vuitton Malletier S.A. in any way. These products are used, previously owned, or second-hand Louis Vuitton bags purchased lawfully on the secondary market and lawfully enhanced by the addition of artistic or ornamental designs. Any leather or hardware parts added by VBB are independently sourced or created by Vintage Boho Bags, and are not manufactured, supplied, authorized, or endorsed by Louis Vuitton. Vintage Boho Bags does not claim any rights in the LV symbol, the LOUIS VUITTON trademark, or any other related mark.

COLLECTION BAGS, ACCESSORIES AND JEWELRY

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are eligible for an even exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Items must be unused, in the same condition received and in their original packaging. Once received, your return will be inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.

SHOES

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery and are eligible for an even exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Do not place the return shipping label directly on the shoe box, or a fee will be charged.

Shoes and the shoe box must be unused and in original condition. Shoes cannot show scuffs or wear on the bottoms. We recommend trying them on indoors on a soft surface, such as carpet.

RETURNING FEES

If you wish to return your item(s), you will be responsible for the shipping costs to ship your item back to the Vintage Boho Bags team and invoiced for the new item to be shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

International Exchanges (Including Canada): Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other import/export costs associated with returning merchandise and receiving an exchanged item. Any shipment sent with duties, taxes or brokerage fees billed to Vintage Boho Bags without prior written authorization may be refused or the charges deducted from any applicable refund or exchange.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are not guaranteed and we do not offer refunds. If your order has not yet shipped and can be canceled, you will receive store credit for future use. For cancellation requests, please put “URGENT” in the email subject so your request can be prioritized.

FLASH SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

All sales are final.  We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, trade ins, or exchanges.  By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. All of our authentic vintage bags in our Flash Sale includes detailed descriptions and photos- please review them carefully. Prices reflect each item’s condition.

You may only use one discount code per transaction at checkout.
