If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please contact us and provide the order #, contact information, and a brief explanation of the problem and photo attachment if available.

These products are used, previously owned, or second-hand Louis Vuitton bags purchased lawfully on the secondary market and lawfully enhanced by the addition of artistic or ornamental designs. Vintage Boho Bags does not claim any rights in the LV symbol, the LOUIS VUITTON trademark, or any other related mark.
Bags, Accessories and Jewelry
You have 7 days from the date it is delivered to be eligible for an exchange or store credit as we do not offer refunds. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. The product must be in its original packaging, as well as have proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or upgrade. All items not exchanged or upgraded will be offered a store credit for future use.
Shoes
You have 3 days from the date of receipt of merchandise to be eligible for an exchange or store credit as we do not offer refunds. To be eligible for return, shoes and box must be unused, in the same condition as received, and show no scuffs or wear on the bottoms. The product must be in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
We recommend trying shoes at home on soft surfaces, such as carpet, to prevent scuffing, which could render the shoes ineligible for return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or upgrade. If there is not an exchange or upgrade, a store credit will be issued for future use.
If there are signs of damage, fees may apply.
Returning Shipment Fees
If you wish to exchange or upgrade your item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to ship your item back to the Vintage Boho Bags team. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There will also be a shipping fee to send the new item(s).
Cancellation Policy
Vintage Boho Bags is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to cancel your order before it has been shipped. While we typically do not cancel orders, we offer eligible customers the option to receive store credit, exchange, or upgrade their purchases.
Customers who wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped are not eligible for a refund. However, they have the option for store credit, to exchange their order for a different product, or upgrade to a higher-priced item.
Flash Sale Items
All sales are final. All of our authentic vintage LV bags purchased during our Flash Sale will have a detailed description and photos. We recommend that you read the product descriptions and view all photos. The price of all Flash Sale products reflect the condition of the item.
Final Sale Policy
Flash Sale orders and Custom Order requests are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing to do business with us.
