If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Please contact us and provide the order #, contact information, and a brief explanation of the problem.

Vintage Boho Bags is not affiliated with Louis Vuitton, the LOUIS VUITTON brand, or Louis Vuitton Malletier S.A. in any way. These products are used, previously owned, or second-hand Louis Vuitton bags purchased lawfully on the secondary market and lawfully enhanced by the addition of artistic or ornamental designs. Vintage Boho Bags does not claim any rights in the LV symbol, the LOUIS VUITTON trademark, or any other related mark.

COLLECTION BAGS, ACCESSORIES AND JEWELRY

You have 7 days from the date it is delivered to be eligible for an even exchange or store credit as we do not offer refunds. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received and the product must be in its original packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or store credit. All items not exchanged or upgraded will be offered a store credit for future use as we do not offer refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

SHOES

You have 3 days from the date it is delivered to be eligible for an exchange or store credit as we do not offer refunds. To be eligible for return, shoes and box must be unused and in the same condition as received, and show no scuffs or wear on the bottoms. The product must be in its original packaging. DO NOT PUT RETURN LABEL ON SHOE BOX- you will be charged. 

We recommend trying shoes at home on soft surfaces, such as carpet, to prevent scuffing, which could render the shoes ineligible for return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or upgrade. All shoes not exchanged, will be offered a store credit for future use. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

If there are signs of damage, fees may apply.

Returning Shipment Fees

If you wish to return your item(s), you will be responsible for the shipping costs to ship your item back to the Vintage Boho Bags team and invoiced for the new item to be shipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Cancellations

We do not offer refunds. Customers who wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped will be given a store credit for future purchase. Flash Sale items are NOT eligible for cancellation at any time. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

We cannot guarantee cancellations.  

Flash Sale and Clearance Items

All sales are final. All of our authentic vintage bags in our Flash Sale includes detailed descriptions and photos—please review them carefully. Prices reflect each item’s condition. Orders are shipped as-is and cannot be modified.

Final Sale Policy

Flash Sale, Clearance and Custom orders are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, trade ins, or exchanges. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or amend this policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing to do business with us.

Coupons

The code must be entered at checkout for it to be applied. If you forget to add a code, you will be issued store credit. You may only use one discount code per transaction at checkout unless otherwise advertised.
