    NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

    THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK OR INSTAGRAM FROM META (“SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM(S)”).

    PROMOTION PERIOD: The Vintage Boho Bags “Ford Bronco Sport 2023 or $40,000 cash” Giveaway (the "Promotion") begins on October 9th, 2023, and ends on November 27, 2023 (the "Promotion Period"). The winner will be announced on or around November 28, 2023.

    ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, New York, & Florida) and the District of Columbia, who are licensed drivers and of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS, and 18 in all remaining states, and the District of Columbia). Employees of Vintage Boho Bags, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising partners, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible. The Promotion is void in Alaska, Hawaii, New York, Florida, Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law.

     

    ENTRY METHODS:

    1. Purchase Entries: For every $1 spent on purchases at vintagebohobags.com during the Promotion Period, entrants will receive 1 entry into the giveaway. The number of entries is based on the sale price of the eligible purchase (excluding sales tax, and shipping charges).

    2. Instagram Repost Entries (No Purchase Required): Entrants can earn 50 additional entries by reposting to their stories and tagging three(3) friends on Instagram for select postings that are designated eligible for this giveaway by @vintagebohobags. Follow @vintagebohobags on their Instagram to find these eligible posts for the giveaway throughout the promotion period. Proof of reposting must be sent as a screenshot of the post to bronco@vintagebohobags.com during the giveaway period. In the email be sure to include your name, address, phone number. Entrants can only use one Instagram account per person for these entries.

    3. Instagram Feed Repost Entries (No Purchase Required): Entrants can earn 100 additional entries by reposting the designated stories/posts by Vintage Boho Bags to their own Instagram Feed. Proof of reposting must be sent as a screenshot of your reposting to bronco@vintagebohobags.com. In the email be sure to include your name, address, phone number. This feed post must stay up on your account during the entire promotion period. Follow @vintagebohobags on their Instagram to find these eligible posts for the giveaway throughout the promotion period. In the email be sure to include your name, address, phone number. Entrants can only use one Instagram account per person for these entries.

    4. Subscribe, follow, & download app (No Purchase Required): Entrants can obtain 100 free entries by texting 'BRONCO' to +1 (833) 242-3710, following @vintagebohobags on Instagram, and have the Vintage Boho Bags App downloaded during the Promotion Period. Entrants may only use this method one time per phone number (one per person). **Data rates may apply to receive newsletter(s) and messages via text.

    5. Via Mail (No Purchase Required): During the Giveaway Period, Entrants can enter by hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, email address, and a list of your top three favorite Vintage Boho collection bags, mailing the card in an envelope, with proper postage affixed to:

    Vintage Boho Bags - P.O. Box 2300, Santa Maria, CA 93457 (the “Mail-In Entry”).

    All mail-in entries must be received by November 27th, 2023. Each mail-in entry received with be worth one hundred (100) entries.

    **NOTE: Mail-in entry card and envelope must be hand-printed by the Entrant only. In addition, Entrants are not permitted to use any 3rd party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Sponsor). Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of entries will not be accepted. Only one mail-in entry per person.

     

    RANDOM DRAWING:

    A random drawing to select the winner will be conducted on or around November 28th, 2023, from all eligible purchase and non-purchase entries received. Odds of winning a prize will depend solely on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be announced on our Instagram account: @vintagebohobags

     

    WINNER NOTIFICATION:

    The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone by Vintage Boho Bags and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form, and where lawful, a Publicity Release along with a copy of his/her valid driver’s license and will be required to complete a W-9 Tax form (the “Documents”). All completed Documents must be returned within 3 days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) once received. Failure to return required Documents or respond to a notification within the time specified or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected.

    In the event a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with the Official Rules or is unable to claim the prize as specified, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize award is contingent on eligibility verification and potential winner completing and returning all required Documents.

    Additional disclosures for the Prize: Winner will be solely responsible for any federal, state and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance of prize not specified as paid by Sponsor herein, including licensing, insurance, title and registration fees costs incurred by winner related to the acceptance, pickup/transport or use of the Prize, gasoline and vehicle maintenance, and any and all other expenses related to acceptance and use of Prize, including, but not limited to, change of transportation, incidentals, surcharges, service charges, or charges and expenses associated with travel required to pick up Prize. The value of the prize is taxable as income and winner will receive an IRS form 1099 (or its equivalent) for the total value of the prize selected as stated herein. Winner must choose their price of a 2023 Ford Bronco or $40,000 within three (3) days of notification; failure to do so could cause the Prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

    PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which is a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport valued at approximately $40,000 OR the winner can choose $40,000 cash in the form of a check.

    Photographs of the Prize in any media are for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual model or cash to be awarded. All details and restrictions of the prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

    SCAM ALERT: Protect yourself from scams. If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Promotions, Vintage Boho Bags will contact you via the phone number and/or the email address you provided on your order/mail-in entry form. You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award. Those are sure signs of Promotion scams. We do NOT use social media to contact winner of the Promotion. Prize winnings must be reported to the IRS when filing your tax returns, and any federal or state income taxes would need to be paid by you directly to the IRS.

    PRIZE TAXES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as all costs and expenses related to the prize, including but not limited to licensing, insurance, sales tax and vehicle maintenance.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Vintage Boho Bags, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion.

    Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission and grant by winner (which grant will be confirmed in writing on request) of the right and permission for the Promotion Entities and their agencies to print, publish, broadcast and use. Worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including, but not limited to, the world wide web, at any times or times, winner’s name and/or likeness, entry, picture, voice, likeness, opinions and biographical information (including, but not limited to, hometown and state), prize information, quotes attributable to winner, and any other elements of winner’s persona for advertising, trade and promotional purposes (including the announcement of their name on television or radio broadcast), for purposes of advertising and trade without further consideration, compensation, permission or notification, publication in a winners list or in a list to be used by sponsor and its designees and its partners to re-target entrants via email or any sponsor app.

    By accepting a prize, winner understands and agrees that he/she may be videotaped, recorded and/or photographed as part of a prize award ceremony. Rights to any prize ceremony video, audio and/or photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media throughout the world in perpetuity and in any manner at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation to the winner or any third party.

    PRIVACY: Personal information collected during the Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion and prize fulfillment, subject to Vintage Boho Bags' Privacy Policy.

    CHOICE OF LAW/JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes related to the Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

    NOTICE - Damage to website: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/e-mail/internet transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Promotion. The Promotion Entities assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e- mail account to receive e-mail.

     

    DISPUTES

    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s or jurisdiction’s laws. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of California; (iii) any and all claims, judgments , and awards shall be limited to actual out- of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event will attorney fees be awarded or recoverable; (iv) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental, exemplary, consequential, special damages, lost profits, other damages, and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (v) Entrant’s remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and he/she waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

    Entrant agrees that it will not file a class action or collective action against the Promotion Entities, and that Entrant will not participate in a class action or collective action against them. Entrant agrees that it will not join its claims to those of any other person.

    SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
