GG Journey

The Journey is the ultimate lightweight Vintage Boho bag. It is designed  with an adjustable and conformable strap to be worn as a crossbody or shoulder bag.

The Journey in Chocolate and Dirty blonde come with an adjustable braided crossbody strap that can adjust from 30" to 57". You can also select our new flat leather adjustable strap that can adjust from 27" to 47"  however, we recommend the braided strap option (shown in photos). Both of these style of straps allows you to wear your bag as a crossbody or as a bum bag.

Due to the nature of the Journey being made in house, they are all one of a kind and the GG placement and shade might be different. The back of the Journey Bag is made out of 100% Authentic upcycled  Gucci canvas material and the back panel is made with 100% real cowhide leather. The rest of the bag is not associated with Gucci.

We’re so sorry! We're unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If an address was input incorrectly and needs modifications we will be unable to modify. Before placing your order please double check all your information is correct.

All bags are shipped with UPS within 2-6 weeks unless different time frame is listed in product description. We no longer require signature at time of delivery. Use UPS My Choice  to add delivery instructions, request delivery photo, and get the latest updates on all your UPS deliveries.

All accessories including jewelry ship within 4-6 weeks unless different time frame is listed in product description. Ships USPS

Shoes will ship 2-6 weeks.

We cannot guarantee changes on a order or cancellations
prior to shipment.

Returns 

Bags, Accessories and Jewelry

You have 7 days from the date it is delivered to be eligible for an exchange or store credit as we do not offer refunds. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. The product must be in its original packaging, as well as have proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or upgrade. All items not exchanged or upgraded will be offered a store credit for future use.

Shoes

You have 3 days from the date of receipt of merchandise to be eligible for an exchange or store credit as we do not offer refunds. To be eligible for return, shoes and box must be unused, in the same condition as received, and show no scuffs or wear on the bottoms. The product must be in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

We recommend trying shoes at home on soft surfaces, such as carpet, to prevent scuffing, which could render the shoes ineligible for return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange or upgrade. If there is not an exchange or upgrade, a store credit will be issued for future use.

If there are signs of damage, fees may apply.
